What you need

tbsp cajun seasoning

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp nutritional yeast

cup olive oil

tsp lemon juice

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp fine sea salt

cup black beans

oz brown rice pasta
oz kale

cup water

cup red onion

clove garlic clove

cup cashew

cup corn
Instructions
1 Boil pasta according to package instructions. Set aside. 2 Make the sauce: soak the cashews in boiling water until softened, about 30 minutes. Add the softened cashews, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, nutritional yeast, black pepper, salt, cajun spice, and water to a blender and blend until smooth.
