Vegan Chickpea Tuna Salad

What you need

tsp ground black pepper

cup red onion

seaweed

celery stalk

tsp old bay seasoning

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp paprika

tbsp sweet pickle relish

cup vegan mayonnaise

oz chickpea

tsp Black Salt
Instructions
1 In a large bowl mash chickpeas using a fork or potato masher. Mash until crumbly and smooth with some chunks remaining. 2 Add all other ingredients to the bowl except the lettuce, bread, or crackers and stir until well combined. 3 Serve chickpea mixture on toast as a sandwich, with crackers, or with macaroni noodles.View original recipe
