What you need

fl oz apple cider vinegar

corn tortilla

tsp ground black pepper

bbq sauce

tsp fine sea salt

can jackfruit

tbsp fresh lime juice

tsp garlic powder

red onion

tsp chili powder

oz coleslaw mix

cup mayo

hass avocado

cup yogurt
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2 Place sliced onions in a container. Cover with vinegar and let sit in the fridge at least 1 hour but overnight is better. 3 Rinse and drain jackfruit. Shred and season with salt, pepper, and chile powder. Toss in BBQ sauce. Spread evenly on prepared pan. Bake in oven for 45 minutes. 4 In a large bowl, mix coleslaw, mayo, vinegar, and sea salt. 5 Make Creama: Blend the avocado, yogurt, garlic powder, sea salt, cilantro, and lime juice until smooth. 6 Warm tortillas and load with BBQ jackfruit and coleslaw.
