What you need

pt grape tomato

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp olive oil
firm tofu

tsp ground black pepper

yellow onion

oz fresh spinach

tsp fine sea salt

tbsp nutritional yeast
tsp Black Salt

burrito-size tortilla

Instructions
1 Warm olive oil in a large skillet, over medium heat then add onions & cook until translucent. 3 Add tomatoes and cook covered on medium heat until soft and fragrant. 4 Crumble the tofu and add to skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Let cook covered until heated through and well combined. 5 Add the spinach and saute until wilted. 6 Add the nutritional yeast, and kala namak/black salt, and stir well. 7 Season to taste with more nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. 8 Serve over toast and garnish with sliced avocado and pickled onions, or make tacos or a burrito.View original recipe
