What you need

cup yellow bell pepper

oz kelp noodles

garlic

tbsp maple syrup
cup warm water

cup peanut butter

tbsp baking soda

cup water

tbsp sesame oil

fl oz lemon juice

cup red bell pepper

bunch green onion

tbsp tamari

tsp chili sauce
Instructions
1: Rinse noodles with cold water to separate. 2: Mix noodles with water, lemon juice, and baking soda. 3: Massage noodles in the mixture until soft. 4: Rinse and strain the noodles. 5: Add noodles and veggies to a large mixing bowl and toss to combine. 6: Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 7: Pour sauce over strained noodles and veggies and stir until well-coated. 8: Top with sliced green onions and enjoy!View original recipe
