What you need

bunch fresh basil

clove garlic
bunch swiss chard

bunch arugula

cup cherry tomato

tsp red pepper flake
cup water
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

oz spaghetti

tsp fine sea salt

oz vegan cheese
Instructions
1: Bring 3 1/2 cups water to a boil in a tea kettle. 2: Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and sea salt to a large skillet. Place the spaghetti on top and cover with the lemon zest. 3: Add the stems of the chard and pour over boiling water. Make sure the pasta is completely covered by the water. Cover with a lid and let cook over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes. 4: Remove the cover and stir in the leaves of the chard. Let cook uncovered until the pasta is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened, about 5 more minutes. 5: Remove from heat and stir in the arugula right away to allow it to wilt a little. 6: Top with vegan parmesan, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil.
