What you need
cup pearl couscous

tsp garlic powder

tsp smoked paprika
cup water

tsp lemon juice

red onion

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp apple cider vinegar
tsp dried italian seasoning

can chickpea

cup vegan cheese

tbsp maple syrup
cup extra-virgin olive oil
english cucumber

tomato

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Add couscous, water, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a medium sauce pot and bring to a boil over high heat. 2: Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and simmer until soft, about 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally. 3: In the meantime, make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a jar or mixing bowl.
