What you need

cup apple cider vinegar

tbsp onion powder

tsp sriracha

cauliflower

tbsp molasses

tbsp garlic powder

cup almond flour
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a large bowl, add almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and water. Whisk until well combined. 3: In a second, smaller bowl, add the breadcrumbs. 4: Add the cauliflower to the batter in the large bowl and toss to coat. Let excess batter drip off and then roll in the breadcrumbs to fully coat, placing them on the prepared baking sheet. 5: Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. 6: While the cauliflower bakes, prepare the sauce by adding all the sauce ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and whisking to combine. 7: Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss the florets with 1 1/2 cups of the prepared barbecue sauce, then return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.View original recipe
