tbsp dijon mustard

tsp sriracha

tbsp agave syrup

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp garlic powder

tbsp nutritional yeast

cup olive oil

lime
tbsp lime juice

bunch coleslaw mix

tbsp agave
english cucumber

cup brown rice

shallot

cup edamame

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large metal baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Transfer the cooked rice to the baking sheet and drizzle with coconut aminos, sriracha, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix well and spread gently into an even layer. 3: Bake until rice is golden and crisp, about 20 minutes. Let it cool and then crumble. 4: While the rice cooks, add all the dressing ingredients to a mixing bowl or jar and stir well to combine. 5: Add all salad ingredients to a large salad bowl and toss to combine. 6: Drizzle with dressing and top with crumbled crispy rice.
