cup red onion

tsp ground black pepper

bunch grape tomato

cup vegan mayonnaise

tsp old bay seasoning

whole wheat pitas

seaweed

tbsp sweet pickle relish

oz chickpea

head lettuce

Instructions
1: In a large bowl, mash chickpeas using a fork or potato masher until crumbly and smooth with some chunks remaining. 2: Add all other ingredients except the lettuce, tomatoes, and pita bread. Mix until very well combined. 3: Warm pita pockets if desired. 4: Stuff pita pockets with the lettuce, tomatoes, and chickpea salad. 5: Pack in a Tupperware dish and store in the fridge until it's time to go.
