tsp ground cinnamon

cup maple syrup
cup shredded coconut
cup nut butter

cup carrot

cup raisin

cup protein powder

cup pecan
Instructions
1: Add the shredded carrots, nut butter, and maple syrup to a medium bowl and mix together until combined. 2: Add the rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and any optional mix-ins to the batter and mix until evenly distributed. 3: Use your hands to roll the dough into balls. If the mixture starts to get dry, add a few extra drizzles of maple syrup. 4: Roll the balls in the shredded coconut to coat. The balls will be soft at first but will firm up once refrigerated or frozen. 5: Keep them frozen and take one out when you need a little snack.
