cup nutritional yeast

cup olive oil

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp garlic powder

cup water

tsp dijon mustard

carrot

oz brown rice pasta

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Cook macaroni noodles according to package instructions and set aside. 2: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil the butternut squash for 15-20 minutes until tender and cooked through. Strain. 3: In a high-speed blender, blend carrots and water until smooth. 4: Add the cooked butternut squash, mustard, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, black pepper, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth. Drizzle in olive oil while blending to emulsify. 5: Add cooked macaroni noodles and sauce to a pot and heat over low-medium heat until warm.View original recipe
