cup sweet chili sauce

tbsp peanut butter

tbsp water

broccoli

cup brown rice flour

tsp ground black pepper
cup cornstarch
cup gluten free breadcrumbs

cup vegan mayonnaise

cup sparkling water

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, cornstarch, and sparkling water until well combined. 3: Toss the broccoli florets in the prepared batter. In another large mixing bowl, toss with breadcrumbs and align evenly on the baking sheet. 4: Bake until golden, about 18 to 20 minutes. 5: While the broccoli bakes, prepare the bang bang sauce. In a medium bowl, mix together the vegan mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, and water.
