Instructions
1. Make the guacamole: In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado and mash with a fork until slightly chunky. Add the white onion, cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt. Stir well to combine and set aside. 2. Make the sour cream: In a small bowl, stir together the plant-based yogurt, taco seasoning, and lime juice. Set aside. 3. Layer your dip: Spread the refried beans into a shallow casserole dish. Top with the prepared guacamole, then add the sour cream, followed by salsa, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
