What you need
tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp spelt flour

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

pinch fine sea salt

ripe banana
walnut
cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
1: In a microwave safe mug, add in the mashed banana, oil, milk and sugar. Whisk together for about 30 seconds to combine completely and banana is completely mashed. 2: Add in the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, and stir until well combined. 3: Add in the nuts if using and stir to combine or use as a topping. 4: Place in your microwave for about 1 1/2 min to 2 minutes. 5: Remove and let cool for about 3 minutes.
