tbsp maple syrup

cup white wine vinegar

cup strawberries

cup water

tsp red pepper flake

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Add the vinegar, water, maple syrup, garlic, salt, and pepper flakes to a saucepan and bring up to a simmer, stirring occasionally. 2: Add the strawberries to a jar and cover with the pickling liquid.
