can pinto beans

cup water

sweet potato

cup harissa

tsp fine sea salt

1: Pierce the potato skin with a fork 5 to 6 times. Place potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 5-10 minutes until tender. 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beans, tomato paste, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. 3: Stir in harissa and let simmer for about 1 minute. Add water and gently stir. Bring to a gentle simmer and simmer until it starts to thicken, about 5 minutes.
