tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp fresh thyme leaves

cup raw cashews

tbsp baking soda

cup water

oz black sesame seeds

fl oz lemon juice

clove garlic clove

peanut

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Rinse noodles with cold water to separate. 2: Mix noodles with water, lemon juice, and baking soda. 3: Massage noodles in mixture until soft, rinse and strain. 4: Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 5: Pour sauce over strained noodles slowly, until desired sauce level and stir until well coated. 6: Top with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds.
