What you need

cup chili sauce

tsp fine sea salt

green bell pepper
red chili

cup agave syrup
tbsp tamari soy sauce

cup cilantro

cup pasta

tsp ground black pepper
Vegan Feta Cheese

cup vegan mayonnaise
Instructions
1. Bring a large pasta pot of water to a boil over high heat, then add a few pinches of sea salt to the water. Add the pasta, stir, and cook according to package instructions. When the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. 2. Meanwhile, make the dressing. Add the vegan mayo, chili sauce, rice vinegar, agave, tamari, salt, and pepper to a small mixing bowl and whisk together until well combined, smooth and creamy. 3. Add the cooked and cooled pasta, the bell pepper, and red chili pepper to a large salad bowl and toss in half of the dressing. 4. Top with cilantro, vegan feta, and the remaining dressing to serve.
