What you need

tsp garlic powder

tbsp chili powder

tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

tsp cayenne pepper

cup water

cup coconut milk

tbsp lemon juice

cup yellow onion

cup potato

cup carrot

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Place chopped potatoes, onion, and carrots in the boiling water and cook for about 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender and soft enough to blend. 2: Drain boiled vegetables in a colander and save 3/4 cup of the liquid. 3: Place tender vegetables and the liquid you saved into your blender along with the rest of your ingredients. 4: Blend until very smooth and mixture turns a nice queso color.View original recipe
