What you need

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp chili sauce

tsp ground black pepper

tsp smoked paprika

oz nutritional yeast

tomato
tbsp coconut aminos

tsp ground cumin

head lettuce

cup rolled oats

tsp garlic

can black beans

tbsp agave
hamburger bun
cup baby bella mushroom

bunch kale

cup parsley

tsp fine sea salt

cup vegan mayonnaise

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
1: Add oats to a food processor and gently pulse. 2: Add the mushrooms, beans, garlic, paprika, cumin, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture is combined, not puréed. 3: Stir in the parsley, and let sit for 5 minutes. 4: Shape into 6 patties; let them sit for 5 minutes. 5: Put the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crisp on one side, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until the burgers are crisp on the other side, another 5 minutes or so. 6: Add all sauce ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. 7: Top burgers with bang bang sauce and additional toppings.
