Three healthy homemade dressings: Strawberry Vinaigrette, Apple Cider Vinaigrette, and White Balsamic Vinaigrette. Each dressing is packed with flavor and can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Ideal for salads or drizzling over your favorite dishes.

What you need

tsp ground pepper

tsp garlic powder
cup cider vinegar

tsp salt

cup strawberries

cup white balsamic vinegar

tsp dijon mustard

tsp italian seasoning

tbsp maple syrup

tsp red pepper
Instructions
1: For Strawberry Vinaigrette, combine strawberries, vinegar, maple syrup, pepper, crushed red pepper and salt in a blender; process until smooth, about 30 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add oil and process until incorporated, about 20 seconds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. 2: For Apple Cider Vinaigrette, combine vinegar, oil, maple syrup, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a jar. Cover tightly and shake until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. 3: For White Balsamic Vinaigrette, combine vinegar, oil, maple syrup, mustard, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a mason jar.
