What you need
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tbsp rice vinegar
firm tofu
tbsp chili sauce

tsp turmeric

tsp ground black pepper

sweet onion

tsp liquid smoke

tbsp tamari

tbsp nutritional yeast

oz tempeh

tsp paprika

tbsp agave

bunch spinach

tsp fine sea salt
cup vegan mayonnaise
tsp Black Salt

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Slice the tempeh widthwise into thin strips and marinate with oil, tamari, maple syrup, salt, liquid smoke, paprika, and black pepper for 15 minutes. 3: Bake the tempeh in a single layer for about 10 minutes until browned and crispy. 4: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onions until translucent, then crumble in tofu and season with salt, pepper, and turmeric. 5: Cook the mixture until heated through, then stir in nutritional yeast and black salt. 6: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the bang bang sauce. 7: Toast the Ezekial bread, spread bang bang sauce on both slices, and layer with spinach, scramble, and tempeh bacon.View original recipe
