What you need

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp agave

tsp salt

tbsp chili sauce

tsp ground black pepper
tbsp cornstarch
red chili

tsp cumin
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 450°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Slice sweet potatoes into long strips, ¼ to ½ inch thick. Add the fries to a large bowl of cold water and soak for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight). Drain and pat dry after soaking. 3: Place the dried fries into a large bowl or zipper bag. Add olive oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until sweet potato strips are evenly coated. 4: Arrange sweet potato strips in even layers on baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes, gently flip, and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until crispy. 5: Remove from oven, drizzle with bang bang sauce and optionally sprinkle with fresh cilantro and sliced red chilis before serving.View original recipe
