Delicious and healthy raw vegan brownies made with a rich cocoa base and a smooth chocolate topping. These brownies are easy to prepare and require no baking. Simply combine the ingredients, blend the topping, and chill until set. Perfect as a guilt-free dessert or snack option.

1: To make the base, add peanut butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder to a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. 2: Press the mixture into a square pan lined with parchment paper. The batter will be thick and take some effort to stir. Use a 2nd sheet of parchment paper to smooth the top. 3: To make the topping, add the dates, cacao powder, maple syrup, sea salt, and water to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 4: Add water a little at a time to blend until you reach a creamy texture. 5: Spread the topping evenly on top of the brownie base. Top with desired toppings and chill until set, at least 1 hour.
