A delicious and healthier take on caramelized onion dip, perfect for parties. Made with vegan cream cheese and mayonnaise, this dip is both flavorful and plant-based.

1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add the chopped onions and 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt. 2: Cook and stir until the onions start to brown, about 10 minutes. 3: Add 1/2 tablespoon water, stir, and continue browning for about 10 more minutes. 4: Add another 1/2 tablespoon water and stir, scraping up any bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. 5: Once the onions are caramelized to a nice golden brown, remove them from the heat and let cool. 6: In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, vegan mayonnaise, garlic powder, white pepper, and remaining kosher salt. 7: Stir in the cooled caramelized onions. 8: Let chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. 9: Top with chives and enjoy!
