1: Cut the tofu into cubes, and place in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss well to coat the tofu. 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once warm, add the tofu and cook until crisp on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Flip and let crisp on the other side.
