Delicious and hearty black bean burgers made with mushrooms, oats, and a blend of spices, served with a zesty bang bang sauce. Perfect for a nutritious vegan meal.

1: Add oats to a food processor and gently pulse. 2: Add the mushrooms, beans, garlic, paprika, cumin, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Pulse until the mixture is combined, not puréed. 3: Stir in the parsley, and let sit for 5 minutes. 4: Shape into 6 patties; let them sit for 5 minutes. 5: Put the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crisp on one side, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until the burgers are crisp on the other side, another 5 minutes or so. 6: Add all sauce ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined. 7: Top burgers with bang bang sauce and additional toppings.
