1: Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. 2: Add the red peppers, tofu, garlic, tomato paste, paprika, salt, pepper, and veggie broth to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 3: Transfer the sauce to a pot and warm it up over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 4: Add the pasta to the pot and toss to coat. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to thin the sauce. 5: Stir in the greens and cook until wilted. Garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
