A vegan, gluten-free, high-protein pasta dish featuring cherry tomatoes, garlic, and lentil spaghetti. It's a simple and healthy recipe that's a keeper!

1: Bring 3 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a tea kettle. 2: Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and sea salt to a large skillet. Place the spaghetti on top and cover with the lemon zest. 3: Add the stems of the chard and pour over boiling water. Make sure the pasta is completely covered by the water. Cover with a lid and let cook over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes. 4: Remove the cover and stir in the leaves of the chard. Let cook uncovered until the pasta is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened for about 5 more minutes. 5: Remove from heat and stir in the arugula right away to allow it to wilt a little. 6: Top with vegan parmesan, red pepper flakes, and fresh basil. Enjoy!
