This delicious overnight oats recipe combines fresh or frozen strawberries with non-dairy milk and maple syrup for a healthy breakfast option. Enjoy cold or warm, and topped with granola and additional strawberries.

1: Add 1 cup of strawberries, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and sea salt to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, until the berries are finely blended into the milk. 2: In a large bowl, add the oats, strawberry milk, and chopped strawberries and stir until combined. 3: Transfer the oatmeal to jars or other containers, then store in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. 4: Top as desired and enjoy cold or warm; leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
